General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "DAK Flow" Ltd. and its clients regarding the purchase of services (single classes, packages, and subscriptions) through the online platform https://book.flowhavenpilates.com.

2. Services

Through the platform, clients may purchase single class entries, packages, or subscriptions. Descriptions of the services are available in the online calendar and booking system.

3. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract

Bookings and payments are conducted via the platform https://book.flowhavenpilates.com. The service agreement is considered concluded at the moment of successful payment and confirmation by the system.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are final. "DAK Flow" Ltd. is not registered under the Value Added Tax Act (VATA), and no VAT is charged on the announced prices. Payment is made via debit/credit card through the secure myPOS system. The client receives payment confirmation via email.

5. Terms of Service Use

Upon successful payment, the client is entitled to book or attend the selected service. Subscriptions and packages have an expiration date as specified in their description. Upon expiration, unused credits or visits are forfeited.

Cancellation Policy: Clients have the right to cancel their booking without a fee up to 24 hours before the start of the class. In the event of a "No-show" or cancellation within a shorter timeframe:

  • For single services: The client is charged the full amount.

  • For active subscriptions: Credits equivalent to the respective service will be automatically deducted from the subscription.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

The client has the right to withdraw from a purchased service within 14 days of the online purchase, unless the performance of the service has already begun (e.g., if a class has already been attended). In the event of a timely withdrawal, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 days. Fees for classes already attended are non-refundable.

7. Complaints and Claims

If a service cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the client's control (e.g., a class cancellation by the studio), the client is entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled date.

8. Liability

"DAK Flow" Ltd. is not liable for missed visits due to the client's personal reasons. "DAK Flow" Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and conditions, of which clients will be notified in a timely manner.

9. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

"DAK Flow" Ltd. reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions. Amendments become effective upon their publication on the website.
