Client Rules and Regulations
Rules and Ethics at FlowHaven Studio
Dear Clients, to ensure a harmonious and safe environment for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our internal rules:
1. General Terms and Health

1.1 Personal Responsibility: Please attend classes only if you are in excellent health. FlowHaven is not liable for accidents, injuries, or the worsening of health conditions for clients who have not declared medical issues or who visit the studio under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.

1.2 Belongings and Storage: Outdoor shoes and clothing must be left at the entrance. For your peace of mind, valuables, phones, and bags should be locked in the lockers or left at the reception. The studio assumes no responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.

1.3 Video Surveillance and Filming: For security purposes, video surveillance is installed in the halls and reception area (excluding changing rooms). Occasionally, footage from classes is shared on our social media. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the instructor in advance.

1.4 Bookings: We operate via a pre-booking system through our online platform: www.book.flowhavenpilates.com.
2. Studio Etiquette

2.1 Foot Hygiene: Entering the studios with shoes is strictly prohibited. Training sessions are conducted in socks.

2.2 Digital Detox Zone: To avoid disrupting the group’s concentration, phones should remain in the locker room. Use during class is permitted only in cases of urgent necessity and must be handled with maximum discretion.

2.3 Visual Content: You may film/photograph yourself only with the instructor's consent. Filming other clients without their explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Payment: The fee for a single visit or a membership card must be settled before the start of the session.
3. Client Obligations

Maintain high personal hygiene and use clean workout attire.

Protect the equipment and use it according to instructions.

Maintain a polite tone and treat the staff and other participants with respect.

No food or drinks are allowed in the studios (except for water in a closed bottle).

Forgotten items will be kept for a period of 21 days.
4. Special Conditions for Reformer Pilates

4.1 Transparency: Before the class starts, please inform the instructor if you are experiencing pain, stiffness, or specific physical limitations that day.

4.2 Safety and Technique: Strict adherence to the instructor's guidance is mandatory for your safety on the equipment.

4.3 Equipment Hygiene: After training, each client is responsible for disinfecting their Reformer using the provided materials.

4.4 Socks: The use of socks is mandatory; we strongly recommend non-slip (anti-grip) models for better balance and safety.

4.5 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the class. In the event of later notification, the visit will be deducted from your card or deposit. You are permitted to send a friend or relative in your place.

4.6 Validity and Age: Subscription cards are valid for a period of 3 months. The Reformer equipment is not intended for children under 12 years of age.
