GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "DAC flow" EOOD and customers when purchasing services (single classes, packages and subscriptions) through the online platform. https://book.flowhavenpilates.com .

2. Services
Through the platform, clients can purchase single class visits, packages or subscriptions. Service descriptions are available in the online calendar/reservation system.
3. Order and conclusion of a contract
Reservations and payments are made through the platform https://book.flowhavenpilates.com The service contract is considered concluded from the moment of successful payment and confirmation by the system.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are final. "DAC flow" EOOD is not registered under the Value Added Tax Act (VAT) and VAT is not charged on the announced prices. Payment is made by debit/credit card through the secure myPOS system. The client receives confirmation of payment by email.
5. Terms of Service
After successful payment, the client is entitled to book/visit the selected service. Subscriptions and packages have a validity period specified in their description. After its expiration, unused credits/visits are lost. The client has the right to cancel their reservation without charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class.
No-show or cancellation at shorter notice:

when purchasing a single service – the client pays the full amount;

with an active subscription – credits equivalent to the respective service are automatically deducted from the subscription.
6. Cancellation and refund
The client has the right to cancel a purchased service within 14 days of the online purchase, unless the service has already started (for example, for a class that has already been used). In case of cancellation within the deadline, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, within 14 days. Fees for classes that have already been used are not subject to refund.
7. Complaints
If, for reasons beyond the client's control, a service cannot be provided (for example, if a class is canceled by the studio), the client has the right to a refund or a new date.
8. Responsibility
"DAC flow" Ltd. is not responsible for missed visits due to personal reasons of the client. "DAC flow" Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and conditions, of which the clients are notified in a timely manner.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
"DAC flow" Ltd. reserves the right to update the General Terms and Conditions, with changes taking effect upon their publication on the site.
