Rules and ethics at FlowHaven studio

Dear customers, in order to ensure a harmonious and safe environment for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our internal rules:

1. General conditions and health

1.1 Personal Responsibility: Please attend classes only if you feel in excellent health. Flow Haven is not responsible for accidents, injuries or deterioration of condition in clients who have not declared health problems or attend the studio in an intoxicated state.

1.2 Belongings and storage: Outdoor shoes and clothes are left at the entrance. For your peace of mind, valuables, phones and bags should be locked in lockers or left at reception. The studio does not take responsibility for missing or damaged personal belongings.

1.3 Video surveillance and filming: For security purposes, video surveillance is installed in the halls and at the reception (except for the changing rooms). Sometimes footage from classes is shared on our social networks. If you prefer not to be included in them, please inform the instructor in advance.

1.4 Reservations: We work by pre-registration through our online platform - www.book.flowhavenpilates.com

2. Hall etiquette

2.1 Foot hygiene: It is mandatory to enter the gyms without shoes. Training is conducted in socks.

2.2 Digital Detox Zone: In order not to disrupt the group's concentration, phones must be in the locker room. Their use during class is only permitted in case of emergency and with maximum discretion.

2.3 Visual Content: You may film yourself with the instructor's consent. Filming other clients without their express permission is prohibited.

2.4 Payment: The fee for a visit or card is settled before the start of the activity.

3. Customer obligations

  • Maintain high personal hygiene and use clean training clothing.

  • To take care of the equipment and use it according to the instructions.

  • To maintain good manners and treat the team and other participants with respect.

  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the halls (except for water in a closed bottle).

  • Forgotten items are kept for 21 days.

4. Special conditions for Reformer Pilates

4.1 Honesty: Before the start of class, share with the instructor if you have any pain, stiffness, or specific physical limitations that day.

4.2 Safety and technique: Strictly following the trainer's instructions is mandatory for your safety on the machine.

4.3 Equipment Hygiene: After training, each client disinfects their Reformer with the materials provided.

4.4 Socks: The use of socks is mandatory, and we strongly recommend models with a non-slip sole (anti-grip) for better balance.

4.5 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a reservation is possible up to 12 hours before the time. If you notify us later, the visit will be deducted from the card/deposit. We allow you to send a loved one to your place.

4.6 Validity and Age: Subscription cards are valid for a period of 3 months. The Reformer is not intended for children under 12 years of age.
